I found this one years ago but can't remember where. The text (at least when I had it) was untranslated, but the premise was a brother teaching his little sister about sex.
The main 'game' was a 3d bedroom that you could fix/freecam, both characters could have clothes added/removed, and notably, if you didn't do enough stuff, the girl got pissed at you in a short epilogue.
I'm 95% sure it was a Unity game. From looking on here it seems similar to some stuff from illusion, but I don't really know.
