I remember playing this long ago, wanna look for it again. it's a 3D sim where you get to change or design the girl ( skin/eye color, hair, dress etc.) however you like and there's scenarios or positions. i Think the game engine is like unreal or unity.
if i remember correctly, the girl hascat or fox ears, NOT a furry more like neko.
EDIT : not sure if ears are customizable, some example sex positions I remembered were : laying on desk/table and stuck between double doors, the background/environment of the game is white (like character creation in sim games) but with visible office furniture or something....
