Identify 3d time stop geme

Some time ago I saw a video of a game on a certain video hosting that interested me. I think I found it but didn't download for some reason, and now that I remembered about it the video is gone and I forgot the name. So, what I remember about it is that its 3d first person game in anime style where you move around on the city street. I'm not sure but I think that it was a in a fantasy stylistic, because the buildings was made from wood, but again I'm not sure. Also I think that I fond it on itch.io and it had some kind of retro stylised graphics, but my memory moght be confusing me here.
Have anyone here seen that game too, maybe? If so please share its name here.
