Identify 3dCG superpower villain game. Can't seem to find it

I'm searching for a 3dcg game where you play the villain. If i remember correctly the mc is a "young man" and some kind of mad scientist. The game evolved around "capturing" female superheroes (and villains i guess) and in some way corrupting them. I remember some kind of brainwashing-chair device for that reason. Also you had to upgrade your facilities. Guess there were 4-5 rooms.

The last version i remember should have been released somewhen in 2021 i guess.
After i can't find it with various searchquotes / tags i guess it was taken from the site.
