The main character is a female and she is spawning in a room full of furniture. Typical home room in other words.
She is a tiny woman and with tiny i mean she is like a ant in a room.
So basically in that room some anime girls are spawning and they are tiny too just like main character. You are doing stuff with them.
Various anime girls spawned in that room. Including futanari girls.
You can also pick your favoruite girls and their spawn rate will increase. The rest won't spawn much if i recall correctly.
