LightSwitch This needs a rape tag. There are numerous penetrative acts where the guy doesn't get any form of consent and even ignores the womans verbal complaints (eg. at the end of chapter 2 and start of chapter 4). Consent means saying yes, not not saying no. And she does say no a number of times. Whether she subconsciously wants it or not doesn't matter: Penetration + No Consent = Rape.
