Some RPGM games have the skip to possible A S D Q W key, you can change it with F1 and redefine it to Shift/Control.
You can also try add all the controls if some are not defined and try them.
Otherwise Cheat Engine and AutoHotkey.

You need to open the game with RMV and put this plugin, if it isn't present, into the game's js\plugins folder:

Inside RMV, you open the Plugin Manager, double click on a blank line and import this message core, make sure it's activated (on, not off). The message core has a number of parameters to the right, one of them being the fast forward key that you can select.

Pressing that key in game will then allow you to fast forward through messages, ignoring pauses & other stuff.
