VN - Ren'Py - Completed - 8 Days with the Diva [v1.1.0] [Slamjax Games]

First of all, I want to congratulate the dev on the complete tag. Now what I like about this game.
- it is a good parody game with funny jokes.
- the corruption in this game is very good.
- the game gives you options on what kind of ending you want to get.
-Maybe it's a bit shorter than other games, but at least it doesn't waste your time

8 Days with the Diva is a choice-based VN about corrupting D.Va with a lot of brainwashing and a lot of sex.

The game has a fairly weird tone about it. On the one hand, it's got quite the dark subject matter. It's all about mind control and corruption. On the other, it pushes hard enough into humor and absurdity to take a lot of the edge off. I feel like this approach might piss off people who would prefer either more darkness or more humor, but it is what it is.

The story of the game is naturally centered around 8 days of brainwashing D.va. Depending on what mind control tasks you have her perform each day, D.va will be influenced towards one of four archetypes, control, lust, immorality, or indoctrination. In order to receive one of the 23(!) "good" ends, you need to end up with D.va having a single maxed out archetype, two half maxed archetypes, or D.va with a half maxed archetype and seduce one of your coworkers (Sombra and Widowmaker).

You'll note that what I describe is more like gameplay and less like the story, but it's basically both in this instance. Each of the individual mind control events are rather piecemeal. There's some degree of an arc as each event is more extreme than the last and a mono-archetype path has slightly more direct progression than the alternatives, but overall the game is really 32 short D.va mind control events and five(ish) Sombra and Widowmaker events, leading to an ending.

Honestly, it's not too bad though. I liked some of the scenes far more than others but I don't regret playing the game overall. It helps a lot that the game is actually complete, which is almost an anomaly on this site. I probably would have five-stared it if the art had been just a little bit better. Some of the faces during scenes are... something.

Overall though, 8 Days with the Diva is a quick and dirty little game to get your rocks off with a couple of the Overwatch girls. While diving into the monstrous amount of Overwatch sex shorts online will certainly get you off quicker, I don't think you'll find your time wasted here.

As a die-hard Stellar Incognita enjoyer, I didn't try this game as first...cus I never played overwatch. I also don't like the anime-style models, they look childish...However, this is a Slamjax game & it's about mind-control. So I just have to rate it 5 star
This game would be another masterpiece if Jax uses regular models...but I'm not picky so I still like it.

I didn't think much of this at first with the somewhat crude graphics, but it's clear that the devs know how to write a good training game with multiple routes. They serve the mind control fetishists superbly with the obedience route and can also write decent sex scenes.

The Overwatch models are good and the rendered poses are good as well, but it's really jarring when put next to the more original assets.

Sombra and Widowmaker side routes are a bit eh, I felt like I could do without them since they pale in comparison to D.Va. If anything, it makes me wish there were other Overwatch agents alongside D.Va for training instead, like Tracer or Mercy.

Writing needs just a tiny bit more polish and it'd be perfect. Hana could stand to use the word 'scrubs' a bit less, and it'd be better if the player were able to choose their own callsign, even if the other characters still insist on calling it silly. Just adds a little more immersion.

Overall, game really punched above its weight. Would recommend.

It's a bit simple, but i like the wide array of choices, with most of them going beyond a short end screen. All this needs is a bit more elaborating and better visuals.
I didnt expect much going in, but honestly this is good, and with such potential.

Short, but good. Only problem is strange mc costume (it looks like it came from 80's movies about superheroes) and not so good quality of characters and backgrounds. I hope this game became larger... We have only a few overwatch porn games, so i recomend to try this game.
