Honestly, I can't wait to see how far this game goes as it looks quite good despite only being v0.21 And, the developer themselves still seems quite active on it as shown by the amount of time they spent fixing bugs on their Fantia account, with the current version being v0.21r. Nevertheless, there is a lot of potential here for this game to become one of the greats in hentai gaming. That is not to say it does not have its problems but so far the future is looking bright for this game.
Also, it's just my option but I prefer hentai games that focus more on gameplay, story, animation, art and/or characters. If you want an example, look at the Rance series as it has that in spades. But, hentai games where hentai is more on the side or outright avoidable like games that feature virgin runs, make it feel more rewarding when you finally get that H-scene or fall into depravity. If one wanted to get straight into the action there are plenty of hentai games out there that do that already, or one could just crack open Nhentai, Hanime, or Bing (If you are feeling spicy) to get your pleasure.
I also don't think it's necessarily bad to have a option asking if you want sexual content, as some games like the black souls series have something similar and they are not lacking in the hentai compartment.
For the potential Alice in Cradle has, I wish to see them go far, and would support the dev if my money was not being sucked up by a high cost of living.
