Well, the dev notes say there's only 10-15 minutes of game time so far, and they're only supposed to put tags that *currently* apply on the thread - that's barely enough time to introduce the protagonist and main girl, let alone start building out the harem. Presumably the tag will get added with one of the first few updates, assuming the dev sticks with it.
