Nat is seems curious, hesitant and nervous about Darrell pregnancy situation, think what would her push her decision is she finds out Riya is pregnant. Alot of Nat acts have been reactive so she finds out Ethan got Riya pregnant she goes and gets pregnant by Darrell.

Darrel will get Riya pregnant spurring Nat to do the same... because women can be so competitive!

There are 2 different ones but they are both hard to get. The first is if on the Ethan suspicious path she begs Ethan to take her back after the confrontation at Darell's car and he accepts and he later denies a relationship with Riya. This becomes the NTR forgive path. The second is if Nat denies a second date with Darell and this becomes the Vanilla twist path. Both are only possible if Nat begins cheating even though Ethan is nice to her, which is a difficult needle to thread.

I may not be correct all the way, but this is primarily a wife sharing game, you can simply see the ratio of male and female characters. If you do not want to share the wife the only available route is voyeurism. But on the other hand you don’t even get to share the husband at all, unless in the first place you let almost every guy have his way with the wife. So you may call the route “cuckquean” but it really isn’t. Coz generally speaking cuckquean gets off by sharing her husband with different women and is not interested in having sex with other men, which is not true in this game. Whereas a cuck gets off by seeing his wife with other men and doesn’t care if he gets other women or not which can be seen in this game.
