In Pineapple Express, the wife may very well be pregnant by the BBC friend or a friend of his depending on how you play. We know she is expecting and it's believed we will get a part two of this game when the developer finishes the current game he is working on.

i hate to break it to you all but i hardly think this game will ever get to Nat being knocked up by anyone at the pace it is moving. the dev seems more interested in having Nat fuck every guy she meets or at least the ones Jenna introduces her to on the ntr paths. as for the vanilla/exhibitionist path which i personally prefer, the content is slower there so i will be long dead before that path goes anywhere lol..
I think what people who develop XXX games will eventually come around is that there are two types of play that people want. Some people want a story, and character development with individuals who have depth, agency and feel like real people. Often times these are the same people. One day they want to bust a nut, others they want a good story.
The other type is a porno game where the sexual interactions are very frequent and without consequence.
BOTH ARE FINE. BUT YOU CANNOT BE BOTH AT THE SAME TIME.
Would a AAA game maker say "I want a game that is both Red Dead Redemption and Doom". It would be a ridiculous statement. Now XXX games though, I feel can be both if the dev starts out with 2 different game modes. Porn Movie and Novel.
The dirty secret is that if you have the story mode, and fully developed characters that the players know and care about, then the porn movie game mode becomes, much, much MUCH hotter. Imagine you watched the entire series of Friends... then when you rewatched it, it was all porn... see what Im getting at? Im still holding out for this option with Vampire Diaries....
The author’s got big ambitions, but if they’re serious about following through, it’s hard to say just how far the story or content might go from here.I love this game。 The last time I was this excited was when I played the Japanese galgame My Girlfriend is a Hardcore Worker (ボクの彼女はガテン系). Nat pregnant is future reality, she talks with Darrel about it and Ethan has the fanstazy. The interesting idea in my opinion is: You can choose the father and all the scenarios.
Ethan: The husband, maybe both talk and decided to get the family.
Darrel(favorite): The alpha put the domains in the territory, Ethan feels excited and humiliated about the idea. Imagine shows the baby to their families
Matt: Imagine this Nat and Ethan goes to his graduation and Nat with his baby, Matt the father,but wit zero manutention payment.
Tyson: a mix of Matt and Darrel.
Carl: Not interesting, but hey maybe he is more responsible.
Peter(second favorite): The old man, is possible? Of course the level of Ethan humiliation and excited in this scenario.
Malcolm: Not posible, but i would liked. The millionary man.
Peter and Carl could be blended, She kills Peter, he dies with a smile on his face, he leaves her money and the deed to the house, we find out Carl is very smart and they make lots of money.

long story short I hope she doesn't get pregnant with Darrell in any path but the Ethan asshole path. Not a fan of it ...can't see why others want to see a good married couple ( maybe cuckold maybe sharing ) have a baby buy someone other than the husband. Unless it is VERY clear that is what they want . Just my opinion....

It's not like it would be difficult to let the player choose whose baby it will be on the routes where it is a possibility. The only question you need to answer is why...why is she having Darrell's baby instead of Ethan's? and there are multiple ways you can write that depending on the paths you have taken. Having it be an accident would be kinda funny too, I mean Nat is taking many dicks right now and she seems to be getting more and more careless.
If it's on the wholesome cuckold route the only sensible way to get Nat to have another man's baby is if Ethan turns out to be infertile, and then Nat will probably let Ethan choose the man for her. And the reason why Ethan is infertile is because Jenna kicked him in the balls too many times or something For any of this to make sense it needed to be addressed at the start of the story, but it's an afterthought. On the other routes, where Ethan is more of a submissive it's a lot easier to make it fit, without needing a solid foundation of "why".

As of right now it is know Nat is on birth control... so it is still not 100% . So a pregnancy would have to be part of the story . If it is not Ethan.... Not sure why . There is no lead in as yet.

This vn is fantastic. Cant wait for Cat being more and more involved in QOS theme. Route with Darrel and cuck husband is super hot written. Might be the best work when it comes to tags like: Ntr, sharing and else.
