You're playing a bugged version of the game.
Window display requires that both Lauren and Jacky be on the NTR path. If you're not seeing it trigger, than only Jacky is on the NTR path.

Have Sidney work the casino. Enter the casino and go straight to the "stage". There you should meet "Candy". Pay for a lap dance and "tip" 2 times. You'll have to repeat this a few times (I think you need to spend a lot of money to trigger the next event). Eventually, you will meet Joey at the bar. You'll get a gold "king" card from him. That's the VIP pass to the VIP lounge, where "the more you pay - the more you play."

Ya, I got that a few times and I think it was from shopping for champagne (and wine - two items) and not picking it up the same day. Now I buy in the a.m., and pick it up in the afternoon of the same day. See if that helps!

WillTylor strenif I have a bug on Saturday afternoons in the lounge. I have completed the Mandy blowjob event and got the banner. The next week I find her in the lounge again and when given the option to skip the event again or not, if I choose to see the event, it just loops back to the choice screen and I have to choose Yes to skip the event to move on.
