Aside from Joey, there aren't really any alternatives in the story for another Sidney NTR path.
After the incidents in the park, Mr. Peterson probably won't be able to roam freely anymore.
He might have been transferred to a secure facility to protect the public from him.
Or the staff at the nursing home are now monitoring him more closely and making sure he takes his medication.
Therefore, Mr. Peterson is probably not available as an NTR alternative.
Matt's brother is only mentioned, he hasn't been seen in person, and Sidney might have just invented him to tease Ryan.
As far as I know, Matt hasn't mentioned his brother yet.
However, we also know that Matt has no problem with incest, since he's already slept with his aunt, the art teacher.
And Matt is already quite busy with Jacky, Lauren, Jessica, and possibly Megan.
Furthermore, Matt might have other girls or MILFs on the side who weren't mentioned.
And in the story, Sidney and Matt have virtually nothing to do with each other.
Currently, it wouldn't make sense for anything to happen between Matt and Sidney.
The Sidney/Joey NTR path is still in its very early stages.
Since Joey is recording everything and possibly has access to Ryan's cameras, Agent Diaz could also know about it and show Ryan the videos of Joey and Sidney.
Later, she could manipulate Ryan into watching Sidney have sex with the politician, similar to how Diaz manipulated Ryan into watching Joey and Jacky have sex.
Right now, Ryan doesn't know what happened between Joey and Sidney, even though he already has a suspicion.
I can think of another good subplot for the Loyal Path.
In the future, Ryan could have fun with Sidney and Armani in the torture chamber, at the Club, essentially continuing what happened between the three of them in the Yard in the last update.
Maybe Armani even lets him fuck her anally, so she could keep her virginity and so she could still have fun.

Nothing bad happens to Sidney and Armani in the scene.
However, Agent Diaz has an object inserted anally against her will, which arouses her intensely.
A true, brutal rape doesn't occur in AFV.
In this game, women/girls are more likely to be manipulated and corrupted into participating.
What you're suggesting is more common in games like The Copycat Link ...

Siblings Should Share is the event where Ryan does something with Sidney and Armiani in the yard, you have to be in the yard in the afternoon for that.
Okay, I’m still a bit confused on this because I’ve been gone at yard to try and finish this sibling share event nothing’s happening like nothing

This isn't "Siblings Should Share," but rather the event where Ryan and Sidney argue, and after their mother Jacky calms them down.
Ryan and Sidney start planning a photoshoot with Jacky and Aunt Cami.
They are interrupted by Agent Kim.
The event should start automatically after waking up.
However, this caused problems in the Alpha, it works better in the Beta.
If you don't have the Beta yet, you should download it, the Beta fixes many bugs.
I just got the game from this website and it doesn’t say it’s an Alpha or beta so I don’t know what one I’ve got

Before Sibling Should Share works, you must first have had sex with Sidney in the yard early in the morning. This only works on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and possibly Saturdays, and the yard must have been cleaned on Saturday for these events to work.

Just check if the new events are already in your gallery, or if it only shows the same ones as in version 2.
If the new ones aren't there, it's the alpha version.
Or you can simply check the main menu under "About", it will show you which version it is.
And I advise against using mods, as they can also cause problems.
