It was quite a while ago, at the time I'm pretty sure the only sexual scene was with your sister who is previously mad at you. There a trainer guy at the park with a tracksuit, sits on a bench. There's also what I think was a dojo which you couldn't enter because a bully or someone would threaten you. Lastly the game was in a very beautiful 2d artstyle. The game might be abandoned though last I played it was in development.
