Identify A game where MC goes to a school of magic where his sister is a year older

So here are fragments from my memory for the game I once played and I'm sure I got to it from f95:

MC got accepted into a school where his sister also attends,
Both were to go using a train,
His sister was in a vacation, she to get back for start the next semester, while he to attend for the first time
Once the MC goes there, the school teaching magic, the teachers firstly tested his magic/essence to choose his faction.

It was very harry potter-y kind of game, not real, not HTML type.
Well! My memory is pretty empty after so.
