I just remembered a scene which was genuinely hilarious (or at least I remember it being so), and I think it was from a porn game but it could've been a webcomic or something. Essentially it's what I described in the title, the only other details I remember are that it was written somewhat poetically (I recall some line like, "We were once brothers he and I, now we're strangers", referring of course to the penis) and at the end the MC fails and he cums (or gets a boner, whichever one it was).
