Hero Party Must Fall has a demon queen you can fuck. It's not a romantic game though and she's an ally rather than an enemy.
ah yes have tried that game,and yes that is more like corrupting than romance so not quite what i was asking for.

How about Detective Necro? One of the love interests is a demon and the relationship with her is a bit more romantic.
