Can you recommend a game where the female MC falls into an extremely submissive, extremely masochistic scenario? Preferably without direct violence: blood, violence and such. More psychological abuse, non-consent and forced body modification.

From these suggestions, I'd narrow it down to Autumn Boulevard (at least the Nigel route), Kingdom of Deception if you play submissive, maybe Threshold Road if you include drugging and Stockholm Syndrome, and the Fallout mods are great for this, though one is way more violent than the other.
I would rather put mods on Skyrim, but every time I do it, I get a non-working build and other people's builds, with the mods I'm interested in, I have not found.
