Identify a game with mc being a teacher or professor

I remember I played this game last year but I don't remember its name and not sure if it's updated since then. I remember the MC was male and was a teacher or professor (not sure which one), and there was a scene where the MC is having sex with a woman in the school/university parking lot standing besides their car. and the whole process was witnessed by one of his female student.
Does anyone know what the name of this game?

I am also looking for a game where the main character is a female teacher.
She has just been divorced or is separated and has a young son who doesn't live with her and she can't see him often.
She has a sister.
She has to deal with two students.
it also has sandbox elements
i played the game years ago and i can't find it anymore and i don't know what it's called.
it's not an rpg
it has 3dcg, but no honey select graphics
it was renpy or unity, i don't know anymore.
