I used to play a renpy game that had a similar art style and animation as https://f95zone.to/threads/that-new-teacher-v0-7-0-rogueone.171128/ .
it was about a guy who lives with his little brother "who has a girlfriend that you can flirt with" and mom "landlady, who you can also seduce" and at the start of the game he goes to pick his little brother up from school and 3 highschool girls flirt with him and asks his number "which you can choose to give or refuse". I also remember that when you pick up your little brother you get the choice to have sex with your ex-teacher who you used to be intimate with when you attended that school. later on you go to find a job at a school but get revered to a tutor job instead and you can tutor a girl that looks really similar to agnes from despicable me. also another scene i remember is that you can visit your ex "who you are on good terms with and are just fwb with" and go to her yard where you greet her parents and little sister who you can swim with and grope and later on the little sister kisses you when you leave the house.
