The premise is fun, especially when the character is so obsessed with being a man given his fate but the game just feels half-assed.

First, this is practically a kinetic novel. There is only a single time you are given a choice, that is pretty much between the Good Ending and Bad Ending.
But the reason It feels half-assed it's due to how much of what happens in the game is just described through text and not shown, or sometimes they simply didn't even bother to edit the CG to fit the narrative, early on when she loses her virginity;
The game moves quite fast because of that, his friends were fondling his breasts but none of this is shown, the guy turned into a girl in a day, and on the second day, he is already giving blowjobs to his bros because they didn't bother to draw CGs of what happened before she was on her knees with cock down her throat.
Also, the Good Ending is simply incomplete, not given much detail/spoilers but she becomes a whore, and multiple times other characters take pictures of her which all builds up to her becoming a pornstar or something like that but it doesn't happen, the games end before this, the game says she will become famous but we don't even see a CG concluding this unlike the Bad Ending that does have a final scene showing her fate.

Now even this review feels half-assed, anyway. The game is short (and that is a good thing), and the story does explore his internal conflict between wanting to be a man and his overwhelming lust for cock but the game just feels rushed and incomplete. A little more building-up and teasing (with CGs) would go a long way to actually show his corruption, but in the end, the game feels that is going too fast to end up slamming into a wall without a satisfactory conclusion.
