A horror game where where you can lewd a stalking enemy type antagonist?

After playing RE Village and remembered the Lady D part which got me thinking, how about a game where you could do some lewd stuff to the stalking enemy? An idea suddenly struck me while I was watching some gameplay of moded Lady Dimitrescu skins while the player fools around with her with the flyswatter mod. How about a game focusing on that aspect of degeneracy? Instead of just mods all the lewd stuff are actually within the gameplay.
I've been tempted to try and make a proof of concept in Unity and already have the antagonist in mind. What do you guys think?
