I played it earlier this year, on my now dead laptop. It was poorly translated, and involved spending 30(?) Days torturing a random chick to gain points to torture her more. There's a part where u can cut her boobs off. You could brand her and the final stage you could piss, shit, and vomit on her in a urinal(?). There was a mosaic censor on the gore, and I think the name was one of those weirdly translated Japanese titles. It was definitely guro.
