I remember that this game was made using Ren'py, was 3d, and had mind control. The MC was living with his stepmom and stepsister, and I believe the stepsister was into fitness. He gets picked up by a lady in a car and gains mind control powers. I also remember that he gets some stones that let him travel to other time periods, like Egypt. If I remember correctly, the game was fairly popular, but I can't seem to find it
