Overall it's a good game. It has great CG artwork. And it's pretty short, like it can be fully done in 1,5-2 hours. Also the sex scenes are not too long, so it doesn't annoy you. So it leaves an impression of a small and a good project. But it definetly has it downsides. One of them is the story. The main base of the story with the sister secretly doing AV can be a good basis. But game doesn't develop it into something interesting. The endings are both pretty dissapointing. being just a cut off without some proper conclusion.

So overall I would lower the rating more serously for the story, but it being such a short game makes it not that bad, as it quickly ends.

Ok I'm making this review in the context that this is the first AV sister game out of the 4 available that I finished reading.

So the main appeal of the AV sister series is that it has a REALLY UNIQUE setting compared to everything else that you might've read in the whole porn gaming industry, I seriously don't know another game outside of the aforementioned AS 4 AV sisters who has quite a similar premise.

But despite the unique plot the fact of the matter is that it has to deliver a good game for this to matter.
So did AS pull it off?
Well I can say that with this game my opinion kept on switching back and forth, and let me tell you none of the other AS games that I read until now had ever made me think "this is a great game", "no this is a bad game" back and forth constantly throughout the whole game as much as this one did.

As usual I'm gonna go step by step

    • the whole story in "general" like i said was the selling point, the execution i could say that they done it well, although in the minor details it was lacking.
Storylines / subgenres were not pursued to the full of their potential and the game never went in-depht in any of its focuses

Basically they were trying to spread out towards a vast different types of subgenres without fully committing in any of them

    • sex scenes in general I only liked 3 of them (but those 3 were excellent at least) throughout the whole game.
On that department it could have been better.

    • if the sex scenes quality might have been debatable, the scenes that serve to advance the plot were WAY better than the usual AS game, since in some cases they don't have that at all.
And I would say that it's a big plus imo.

    • there's actually a Girl POV but I only advice to read the first and last one.
    Why?
Cause basically the sister POV is the exact same as the MC POV!
The only difference is that it doesn't have the brother "input" on the sex scene in question.
Only the first and the last of those truly have something "extra".

    • CGs were a ramdom hit and miss.
Some were really good but some others were really lazy.
On a couple of them the artist did a lax job such as the head being too small compared to the body or a giraffe neck

    • The endings were average. And honestly a mismatch between the 2.
Good ending was like when an anime chooses an open-ended style of ending to close out their series.
Bad ending feels like the worst kind of cliffhanger the kind of "wait what about the consequences, all the afterwards? you gonna end it like that?".
Also you only screw your sis on the bad ending ...

    • the characters I say they have done a good job on 3 out of 4 major characters
Kazunori the MC, Miki the sister and Kaneda the bestfriend.
Honestly everything about the bull Sakazaki pisses me off.
I think everything they did with him, even his existence was wrong.
Hell couldn't they have put Kaneda in his position and scrap his whole existence completely?
In wrestling terms It's not the "I hate you" kind of heat (which is good heat) but the "I don't wanna watch this anymore" kind of heat (which is bad ...).
Well at least the silver lining is that he only comes into play while we are set in the endgame

    • in many of my other reviews I talk about the budget. Well in here I'll just say that it was a crime to me that Kaneda didn't have a game sprite while Sakazaki had one

    • the interaction between MC-Sister-Bestfriend were good.
hilarious and a joy to watch, too bad not that many of them

In conclusion while I may have not praised it that much until now, there were certainly many things that I have enjoyed in here. It was a good game overall.

My vote might be prompt to some change for after I read the other AV sisters games so that I have some means of comparison for this game
