Well as per novel David's friend craig took him to stripper club...there he saw Alexia..and that's how he caught her and know about Kendra behind all the plan. And jake and ana had sex in office and kendra recorded Ana/Jake sex on the mobile hiding inside the office and leave after getting the evidence. Just saying like in this novel maybe that's how David might know that Anna's office friend is Kendra
And this is how it end after the forgiveness and everything...And after David forgive Ana..Anna announced second pregnancy too lol...but somehow it was David's child (maybe changed report who knows) idk what will happen in this version of the story. we will see.
So yes that's the end like this video might be leaked on adult site and david changed his and Anna's email address and everything.

But there is no Craig character in this game and there is no taproom bar.
.Here in the game the old fish is supposed to install a camera and supposedly record Jaek and Anne having sex. For me these are the total differences between the original story and the game.
