I think he just happened to have aid from kendra and that's it. But he managed to gain some pity from anna which was her weakness and alongside Kendra's constant whispers she kinda gave in and the fact that she wanted to console him by letting him touch her was a silly excuse on the surface but also kinda revealed a deeper meaning on Anna's true hidden desires for old men or maybe she just can't help but obey them and her crazy hormones aren't helping either to make her in control as she usually pretends to be... We'll see how this unravels in the upcoming update.. Hope we'll get some spicy dialogue and a clear reflection on Anna's naughty inner thoughts.. Also we'll get a full grasp on Anna's relationship with her father as the flashback is showing in the teaser..
The only problem here is the fooookin pace of mp which will eventually result in potential loss of interest from the players due to the long waits between each update.. And as any other underrated vns, it will certainly get the 'abandoned' tag if this pace keeps up or gets worse ..
I just don't get it how hard can it be to write the last piece of dialogue as not a lot is left to do. He can literally complete it in one or two days if he truly wants to..

the only reason i still play this is to see the reactions of Anna's perverted pursuers as she constantly rejects all their advances. every..single..one. it's hilarious to see Fake Friend getting all pissed off cause Anna won't cheat on David. Jake is giving up it seems from Anna's disinterest in him and the old loser Marvin is so deluded he thinks he has a chance in hell of fucking Anna. no chance you lil dick old loser.

This is all 100% accurate, IMO, but it's like we're not allowed to say it here because people (for some unknown reason) seem to love Marvin and think he's the answer to all Anna's problems.

Stop imagining real life scenarios, you may think that everything else that happens in this story makes perfect sense except for Marvin, but it doesn't, it's not real life, don't overthink it, most people just want Marvin because of the taboo of an old pervert with a woman much better than him.
You know what kind of content is uploaded in this forum, so you should know what a lot of people are searching for here (or on Patreon). And VNs like this offer the possibility of turning the perfect wife into a bitch who'd sleep with anyone.
For many, the excitement here is seeing how low they can push Anna, not playing around imagining what Anna would do in real life, because Anna isn't real. Again, don't overthink it. BTW, I doubt anyone would "identify" with Marvin, it's just morbid curiosity and that's it, and there are plenty of that in this type of forums.

That its marvin's big mistake, he should have used that to his advantage, seemingly invulnerable, and fragile and unable to kill a cockroach, all those qualities should have been used to the fullest Marvin, but the script and on mp's part, its not possible, it was said that anna has some respect for older people; for her father and for some approval, Marvin would have used that to his advantage, for anna to lower her defenses to attack anna where it hurts the most, her pride.

On the contrary, I think that Marvin has a great chance with someone like Anna. As a covert narcissist, she doesn't see her partners as human beings and the quality of the partner doesn't really matter. It is all about milking them for attention and validation. This is why so many narcissists cheat down. She is more likely to cheat with the boss because money and power also matter to them, but at the end of the day she has an insatiable thirst for attention and validation. If she is dying of that thirst she won't hesitate to drink the toilet water that is Marvin.

You can continue playing the game your way, but you also have to understand that there are other people who play and think differently, and developers will always provide content for all types of people. If it doesn't seem realistic to you and you don't like it, just avoid content that involves that character, others may see things and life differently and think that Marvin makes sense and is realistic (and others don't care about that), that's what happens when you play a product that is aimed at a large and diverse audience, it can't be adapted to only your version of realism.
And again, my initial message was because you said something about those who "identify" with Marvin. I don't think people necessarily have to identify with a character to like him (but it seems like you do), and you literally said: "Maybe those who identify with him dream of having a chance with a woman like Ana in real life." But the other characters have exactly the same goal as Marvin (to fuck Ana). Does that mean that if you identify with Hank, or Chris, or any other character, you also have that dream? Because in that case, I don't understand why you're saying it as something negative.
Well, the point is, I think it would be better if everyone played their own way without questioning others' way to play or assuming everyone sees the possible realism of a VN the same way, or assuming everyone cares that a character has to feel real. Just enjoy it, don't get upset about Marvin's updates, just avoid them if you don't like them
