I'll rate it 5/5.

It's a really well-designed, balanced, and fun TF game. Probably the best UI I have ever seen in those kinds of games.
Was considering only giving it 3 or 4 out of 5 because this game has one major weakness.

The MC is a rather bland and frankly boring person. There is no real excitement, shame, and insecurity happening to him. He just goes along with whatever you want.

Another weakness is that there is NO art. This is text only. Sure there are some CG's, but they are VERY rare. So this is only for people who like to read.

Still, the way this game is created makes it a 5-on-5. I just wish it would include a few more extreme fetishes. People are simply too nice! Imagine woke people in a medieval world, everyone behaving super nicely, correct, and "politically correct." It's a little... weird.

Still, overall, if you like TFgames, it's worth a play.

Small Review of v0.4.0

“A Prince’s Tale” is a great game with a sophisticated and surprisingly deep story. On your journey of self-discovery, you will interact with various characters at the royal court—servants, loyal advisors, and one particularly charming, ambitious, and perverted sorceress, who has her own vision of your future.

The game is divided into several chapters that gradually unlock as you progress through the story and complete tasks. At the beginning, you should choose whether to pursue the female submissive path or the male dominant one. Nothing is permanent; you can mix things up as you like during the game. From my experience with both paths, the female submissive variant feels more refined and sophisticated.

UI
The game uses a standard web-game interface.

• Left column—shows the time of day, day of the week, currently active tasks (very useful), and standard controls such as saving and settings.
  
  
• Middle section—displays a semi-circular view of your current location, including all characters present at that time.
  
  
• Right column—shows a simple drawing of your character and their current appearance. Here you can also see your
• Personality stats (femininity/masculinity, depravity/virtue, submissiveness/dominance), as well as Princely stats that influence certain events and rewards, such as artifacts.

Later in the game, Princess stats are unlocked, allowing you to explore and fully embrace your feminine side.

Gameplay
The gameplay is straightforward: you guide the prince on a path toward self-knowledge. Through interactions with characters, you make choices that affect your stats. The game explains its systems clearly at the beginning. Be prepared for a lot of text—but it’s engaging and well written. All events are text-based, leaving so much to the player’s imagination.
The castle is your starting area. Over time, the forest and the city become accessible, each with new tasks, activities, and characters.

Visuals and Animation
There are no animations (at least I didn't notice)!
The game has beautiful cartoon-style graphics. Each location is pleasantly drawn, and the characters’ clothing is well designed. If your character undergoes physical or personal changes, these are reflected in their outfit, with multiple clothing variations available.

Audio and Music
The soundtrack fits the atmosphere well and complements the situations nicely. I didn’t notice any tracks repeating too often or becoming annoying.

Story
The story is generally well written. It takes a little time to fully get going, which is normal for this kind of narrative.
The overall direction clearly pushes the character toward transformation. Because of that, I sometimes missed deeper background information about the main characters—their motivations or possible hidden agendas.
It’s also nice that the game hints at developing romantic relationships with your subjects. Nothing major yet, but the foundation is there.

The author changed their mind on the direction of the game, what seemed like a fun political tale about evil Sorceress trying to corrupt you turned into a boring game of trans realization. The plot could have been as deep as a sea but went with a puddle. Every forced scene became optional, every interaction is basically "hey, this is really female thing to do, like only women do that, do you really wanna do this obviously really girly stuff? Extra sure? Fine, let's do this" or else you won't be getting content.

The author decided if I clicked a choice that leads to a very obvious feminization consequences that means the character should also realize those connotations(they shouldn't). It's basically "an egg losing their shell" the game.

It could have stood out of the crowd but chose to blend in. Intricate political story with a cast of interesting characters with ambiguous motivations turned into a glorified sissy trainer.

I don't typically write reviews but I was so invested in the game since the release and after awhile every update felt like a guttural punch. I don't really regret my time spent playing the game but rather the emotional investment I had following its development. What a waste.

Despite the fact that the game is another sissy trainer, it is quite good. To be fair, we have a choice between masculinity and femininity, not just go M-to-F transformation. And this is also good. But the game has two serious drawbacks - a lack of visual content and the speed of development. Of course, such a small amount of media is especially sad. In addition, I would like to see different media files depending on the choice of visual style, but this would be very good. For a start, it is worth at least providing each sex scene with two or three animations or video inserts, it is not difficult at all.

Down rating for slow dev and removing porno videos.

the UI design stands out as a major strength. It's sleek, intuitive, and enhances the overall experience significantly. However, the story progression leaves much to be desired. The pacing feels disjointed, with certain parts dragging on unnecessarily, which hampers the narrative flow and engagement.

One of the weakest aspects is the corruption arc, which progresses far too slowly. The lack of urgency or compelling development in this part makes it hard to stay invested. While there are glimpses of potential, the execution fails to deliver the intensity or intrigue one would expect from such a theme.

i don't really get the praise of other reviews. this game has a long way to go to be worth a play for anyone who isn't thinking only with their orgasm.

for an HTML game, A Prince's Tale is too segmented, the gameplay cycle is bad and development time might not fix it, the corruption content is bad, and the narrative elements and writing are bad. the lewd content weighs too heavily on real porn mp4s instead of writing and text. the AI content is acceptable and the UI is fine. i appreciate toggleable fetishes.

in conclusion, i don't think "A Prince's Tale" has good steps in the right direction but could possibly improve over time. it's attempting to do something with the genre which is worth praise. the main problem is most TF games, especially sissification ones, are written super poorly, and this one is in the pool with the poorly written stuff.

Wow. This is fantastic. Hits all the spots for me. Love the variations in art style. Love the selection of (real) porn. Great writing and good pacing all round. Really hope this development keeps going.

Very cool game. Caters to all sorts of preferences, easy light playthrough without unnecessary grind and a cute visual component that you can alter to your liking.

Overall, worth a play. Will keep an eye out for updates. GL dev!

it's clearly an early version with limited content.
But everything is very well done
Whether it's the writing, the dialogues, the interface, the mini games (like the one with the coins), the character progression

it's so rare to have a new sissification game of this quality

Finally a game with sissyfication where it's not forced and let you freely choose your own path through out the story and also have multiple styles.

The only thing that I don't like is the immersion breaking real-life porn. Especialy in the furry route. Even some stationary AI images (coherse with characters of course) would be in my opinion much better since those videos aren't even matching medieval theme.

As for 1.0.3 it is definetly a 5star. Still in early stage of development, but made with love and dedication. Game is primary focused on feminization with a small part of chastity, but looks very promising to me. I am a fan of chastity games and i'd be happy to see more influence of chastity on the plot of the game and side scenes. Maybe author can add more options to get a keyholder?
Game has no BBC fetish, which is seriously tailored into a lot of other sissy games. No BBC is strong plus for me since BBC is just not my cup of tea.
I like that game has a small part of SPH, but there is no real degradation, no real insults and no serious humiliation except SPH. An MC is surrounded generally by respectful accepting people. It is like an author guessed all my "yes" and "no" of fetishes.

Characters have little to 0 personality. The writing isn't that good and very generic. Repetitive "gameplay", the only good thing I like about this game is the submissive content and even that isn't worth it if you want to play this game.

Great writing, good art. My only complaint is the coin sorting game is a bit annoying on trackpad, but you only do it 3 times every week of playing time, so it's not that bad. Other training is just clicking so at least this one is interesting.

I only played through the sub route, and I'm assuming this is the intended route considering the intro. If you're also more interested in that side I can 100% recommend it.

Good game, i liked the story.
some of the characters feel pushy but not forced i like that.
The images match the characters are aren't just random.

if you like tf games i would hive this one a shot.

Rather simple game as of yet with minimal playing time, but the mechanics work well and the story has been interesting. If you are the type to get grumpy over minimal content, give this a while yet. If you're wanting to try out something new and fun, give this a shot. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.

The content in the game is very polished and tastefully done.
There are obvious and interesting story lines to develop on further.

One of the best project starts I've seen so far ! I hope you'll have a nice time developping the rest of the game.
For once, I liked the idea of the minigame which is an achievement as far as I'm concerned because I always feel like most minigames that people add to their games are not related to what actually happens. I might be interested in a progressiv difficulty increase though as it becomes quite repetitiv after a couple of times.
The overall aesthetic is original and well polished for a starter. And I liked the scenario and how it is written aswell.

[0.1] Cool and fun intro, UI is trully beautiful and very easy to read through text, a huge improvement over the usual text color to diferenciate characters. On the visuals, the mix of pixelart and videos look great too and got to say i got a little flustered over the sub version of the morning routine... looking forward for the next version! :3

Like the start, the layout and UI are clean and nice and the choice of art style is a nice inclusion. The map and activities make me think it will be more sandbox game then a VN.

I hope the story will lean towards player choice, both in narrative and transformations. Although the current options that have a "You may only make this choice once!" early on have me worried that you will be quickly lock to a 'path'.
