A program to remove an added audio from MKV?

Guys, an advice is needed - which program to use to remove an added audio (not part of the original file) from MKV? Google gives a lot of articles as every one shouts - "use mine, mine mine!"
But obviosuly I need a program w/o backdoors, adware, viruses etc.
