So there's this one youtuber that I watch on and off, he does short playthroughs of different games where he deliberately makes evil or just bad choices, and does whatever he can to mess with the NPCs or break the script. It's kinda sadistic, but funny at the same time.
The most recent video of his that I watched was for a mobile game called Lovers Island Paradise or some such (I don't remember), where you create a female character and together with 3-4 other girls are sent to an island resort, and have to hook up with one of the five dudes that are also there. It's a dating sim, so it's fairly straighforward: You're put into a scenario where you have to interact with the girls and boys, and develop your friendship or sympathy with them (I don't think you can have a lesbian relationship, sadly). They ask you stuff and you can reply in a positive, negative, or neutral way, all affecting your relationship with them.
The game is pretty crap but it did make me wonder if there's something similar for an adult audience and with more features, like selecting to play as a guy or girl, have gay relationships, sex, maybe even do something outright evil, like arrange "accidents" for the NPCs to "remove" them from the playthrough. Way I see it, something like that would have a lot of potential, and not be very difficult to make (then again, I don't know shit about programming, so who am I to talk?).

Anyway, any games like that?

Lifeplay. A bit crappy and currently abandoned but I think it'll fit your need. It's basically Bitlife with built-in sex animation player. Just click one of my banner here below

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I've played it a lot, and it pains me that the game never lived up to its potential.
