RPGM - A Silent Statue [v0.9] [Taboossy]

Please give this game a shot, I dev takes you into this little adventure without dragging on without unnecessary exposition (just the right amount) and sell the plot very well, the "Girls" are really well sculp hehe and endearing and I think is worth everybody while even if at first the tags don't catch your attention.

Honestly, I was surprised as many mentioned before about this game. Interesting story, bit short but nice and to the point.

I just want more of it, or at least some meaningful conclusion, because this end was somewhat of a cliffhanger.
Can't believe how much character this game has. And it's about statues. Bruh

This game wears its heart on its sleeve, short and sweet , if you are into particular type of fetish.

It is a complete package, doesn't overstay it's welcome, and uses the game engine properly - it's a kinetic novel with a bit of visual storytelling, where dev put some effort into crafting the environmental details.

Anyway, the amount of work dev put into this shows , so for the playtime and traffic you need to invest, this is worth it

A Silent Statue is an RPGM game in which you play as a guy discovering the mysteries of an abandoned house and the thicc statues it houses.

It's one of the more bizarrely wholesome porn games I've played. The MC is a pretty decent every man, overworked, underpaid, lonely, listless, and lacking purpose. While his trials around the house are basically one jump scare and a bunch of fucking, the personality of the characters (even the headless statues?!) are weirdly approachable and mellow. It's kinda hard to quantify, but since the game will probably take you under and hour, you might as well play it and see for yourself.

I'm not the biggest fan of the art or the animations. The game isn't the best fap fuel, but it's a short complete thought. Overall, it's definitely worth a play and a small investment if you don't like it.

The dev has a very specific fetish, and made a damn good game with a very relatable MC. With multiple endings and a decent ending, for the longer route. Although I am disappointed you don't get to fuck the last statue on screen, it makes sense in game. Didn't even have this fetish now I want to fuck a statue 10/10

I can't remember ecver enjoying and getting involved into a RPGM game like this. Just because of the great transition from Main Menu to the game it felt like someone put their heart and thozughts into this. It is compact but there is a lot to explore, many sex scenes and no dead ends. It is an interactive Story that shines in terms of the artstyle and smooth storytelling. The lines are compact and keep you invested.
I hope to see more RPGM games like this.

Well done, maybe would be awesome if the dev could implement a way to skip dialogue, or make them faster. Story seems branched, but it is still in development at the time of this review ( v0.8.1). 10/10 would sculpt

This is once in a life experiences right here, but the horror of it all is that you will never achieve the pleasure that this game gives ever again, you will spend the rest of your existence chasing and seeking the joy that this piece of video gaming experience gave you but you will never find it, play it your own risk but at the same time you have to play it, your have never lived and never live your life to your fullest if you won't experience this game.

One of my favourite h-games of the year.

The art is great, the writing is intriguing, and the pacing is really well done.
You don't even have to wait long, or grind for hours to see all of the different scenes.

Really looking forward to seeing more from this dev!

The writing is good but the story feels totally incomplete, especially that ending. The scenes are good, the bad thing for sure is that there doesn't seem to be a gallery, so if you want to see again some scenes you have to save before them starting and then loading. When you enter the room where's the statue I thought "Good, finally some good backstory" but then nothing really was explained, everything was as general as possible. The ending ain't really my cup but it's not like it lowered my final rating, it was too rushed but as I read the credits doing this game in a span of a year it's good. The dev for sure did a great work but 5 stars is just too much, I would have rated this game a 3 but it doesn't feel totally right since there's at least a little amount of plot that lets you understand the story behind the mansion and the scenes are actually good. The problem is that the statue says , maybe I forgot something to read? And because so I don't really understand the meaning behind these words. Overall would be a 3.5 out of 5 stars but since it can't be rated like that this game is more a 4 than a 3.

Well-made, decently written (light-hearted erotic horror with lovecraftian themes is an interesting one), hot scenes. Not exactly what you'd expect from a game with the premise of fucking statues, but definitely worth a try if you're on the fence. It'll surprise you.

Short, sweet and hot, and though it is tagged as a horror it's far from it and is actually kind of wholesome. This game definitely had more soul put into it than 99% of the games on this site. I'd recommend this short game to anybody, especially to people who like THICCC.

The only downside is that there is no way to replay the scenes without replaying the game, which can be tedious as there is no skip function for the text either.

TIP: Have multiple saves if you ever want to 'replay' the scenes.

It was Very hot, made a new fetish for me and VERY Wholesome ending. I Would recommend you give it a try! The game had plenty of sexy scenes and the endings are really good. It may seem a little off putting , But the THICCNESS of The statues will change your mind.

It is quite a simple rpg maker game, but surprising nonetheless. Now I get it, what, Giovanni Strazza, did in his free time.

Pretty nice animations and artwork. Like the shading, too. The person knows the meaning of thicc.
But as it is not completely done, I will await future updates.

In all seriousness, this was surprisingly good. I know some people are going to be all like "I didn't know I was into this," but unusual scenarios/premises/sexual interactions have long been my jam and is probably partially why I'm into stuff like monster girls and more fringe fetish. As I've said before, if I want realistic sex I can get that in real life, this is escapism and a chance to explore the impossible.

I've long had an interest in stuff like petrification and living sex toys/droids, and this is similar to that, so I wasn't surprised I'd be interested in this game. However, the quality really caught me off good. It's pretty great even for a simple RPG maker game.

Highly recommend giving it a go even if you don't think you'll be into the statue thing. You'd be surprised.

Honestly wanted to leave four stars to be a contrarian, but there is so much soul in this game I just can't. Somehow the mad lad manages to make distinct characters with just parts of statues, insane. The aloof ass, the boobs butt and big sisters, the layabout, the risk taker, the air(no)head, the sad statue, and the spokeswoman. Not much of a game aspect, but sometimes just the agency to move around and prod at things is all you need. The art is distinct in both content and style, though the style isn't anything to write home about. The main character is a damn relatable lad too. I ended up wishing there was more to it just for more story, and that rarely happens. Leaves me excited to see what the lad gets up to next.

A silent statue is a more traditional RPGM maker game where you walk and interact with stuff. And boy do you interact with them! (Almost every notable item has a description for it, or a function.)

It has an interesting plot, and the sex scenes are decent. The game takes around an hour to finish (although you could argue that at least some of that time is spent in unskippable cutscenes).

It's the creator's first game which he took over a year to develop so it has some missing QOL functions like skipping cutscenes, and a gallery that is getting added in the updates ahead, according to his roadmap.

Definitely worth keeping an eye on this game.

Really liked it. Standard RPGM exploration with good art. The story is simple but nice.

However, I really wish the author made the "creepy" section of the story last longer. The uneasiness created by exploring the place with the statues was great, but too short.

Loved it. Had a blast playing through this. Animations could be better, but the whole story about statues was pretty nice. It left a good feeling after beating the game. Sadly, it was pretty short. The game does feel pretty unfinished though with the other endings.
