Yeah... It should've been Extreme Bitchy girl with different kind of flavor than first one, Could've been Gyaru Bitch and honestly would fit with the tropes Dobu working here. Dobu could also work with more unique Hypnotism option and expand from first, but I think I understand the amount of work he had to do.

I don't sympathize for the MC honestly, I meant it as a other route rather than straight up rapist. Ya, she's well mannered and that typical Ojou-sama, but ya I stand with what I said honestly, cause she's not straight up antagonize MC.
Putting that aside, there's more tropes that Dobu could work on honestly with Bitchy persona and more fitting with his thing, for example; Gyaru bitch that antagonize the MC so badly that he wants to correct her. Childhood friend that loved teasing MC but in more bullying way and making up bad rumors against MC, turning MC to get into his criminal chapter.

I think it's not the sensitivity that's important there, but the stimulation counter... I started the game a couple of times, once the anal orgasm opened at a sensitivity of 40, the second time at a sensitivity of 90... so it's not the sensitivity that decides whether to unlock the orgasm
