Does it show a crash log?
When does it crash; does it show the main screen of the game when it crashes, does it start up Ren'Py or does nothing start up?

Just downloaded from the Mega link. On Windows 10, and never played this before so it's a fresh install, game opens and runs just fine for me. No issues found so far.
