Adding males is quite a bit more difficult than for women. The men in porn scenes/image sets often have limited visibility, with no 'posing' scenes for instance. The sets focus on the woman and you see often little more than the lower half of the man. A lot of sets more male centric are for gay models so have no malexfemale content.

I see that there are some mods that have been made for this game, I just downloaded tonight because it seems like an interesting game overall. I've gotta be honest though, it all but lost me before I even got past the select models screen. There's like 50 choices to make or something and I don't think I recognized more than maybe 2 or 3 of these porn stars you have as options? I mean who the hell are these people, this is like a bunch of bad photos of random weirdos in Halloween costumes or something.
yes, but then well this game predates pretty much everything. I think it was first released in 2003-ish. there was a major UI rework in 2017 but you can only do so much. Before this only Flash games and AIF on text-adventure engines existed.

You can ignore the select models screen, you will be offered a choice when you meet the character in the game.
This is a fairly old game so the original characters are older porn stars or are in some cases glamour models, I did not know quite a few when I first played the game. There are also quite a few major porn stars and recent models. Please note there are quite a few characters NOT listed on the select models list, as they do not have a choice, only the one model. For instance Ms. Charles has the model Ava Addams and only that one. Similarly for Aunt Brandi (Brandi Love)

Dang, almost a decade old and this is still getting updates. One of the first games I played from this site.

I am unsure what you mean here. You can play as a man or a woman but the large majority of people you encounter are female so playing as a woman you are really doing a lesbian path. You can play as a futanari but this is essentially the male path with variations
Characters can be transformed, gender change for males, some breast expansion, model changes or futanarisation. All are optional except one reversible case.

Honestly this is a VERY GOOD game despite some buggy dimensions, if I were more courageous and talented I would port that to Renpy and flesh out the characters with videos and recent porn stars. But it would probably be easier to create a full new game... (for the record I tried but lost steam at less than 10% of the project transferred to Arkham with lovecraftian lore). Again congratulations to the dev !

I mean something like feminization content or transformation into women and sex with men
