It was the Conspiracy path and the issue was me not talking to Beasly about hypnosis. Although the hypnosis stuff is still fucky for me, since I've just figured out another holdup when trying to hypnotise Mother Superior. Apparently I need the hypnosis book in my inventory too to make it work. For some reason.

No you do not need the book, you just have to read it and learn the augmented version from Mr Beasley

Ok, since I'm almost done and still haven't run into the pregnancy content for the characters, might as well ask on how to get to it, since the walkthrough has no info on that whatsoever.

How do you mean, a number of those are in game events, some are via Hydromancy. A couple are edits I made but also from in-game events. All are accessible in the game, some require particular charm scenes like one is only for charmed Kate for instance.

You cannot in general. There is a specific case for Gabby on the murder path and she can turn Tina but not as a thrall

For most of the images you are asking there I already answered

The ones for Mrs Granger are either from when she is in hospital after being shot and recovering. The one with Kate is the edit I mentioned in the answer from when Kate is charmed

The one for Dr Tina is from when you visit her at the hotel

In many cases I do not remember, but quite a few from some tumblr pages I frequented before they stopped the porn content.
A lot came from sites like imagefap, pornpics and planetsuzy. For some I know the name of the imagesets like some of the ones for Phoenix Marie

No, it is available once needed, the simplest way is charm Mrs Granger and ask her to investigate the Wild Ranges and visit her there. This will open it up

Otherwise cast Clairvoyance outside the mansion

But in general if a place is not accessible this is as the game does not require you to go there
