Summary: Just an insane amount of amazing high quality content.

I am speechless and trying to figure out how a single person developer can make a game with this much content when major studios with a hundred people, churn out crap that costs millions.

There is quest after quest, with actual game play that requires thought (enough that it rewards you for figuring things out but not too hard that you want to stop ever!)
The women and npcs are all detailed enough with scripted behaviour they make the world feel like its alive.

A triumph of rpg game play and erotica. One of the best games on this site and i think the best rpgm game by far.
Fuck i have bought games off steam that have a quarter the content of Struggle.

This game requires a lot of commitment, I mean ... I'm like 12 hours into the game (real time, not game time) and I think I've completed around 5% percent of its content at most, that is an issue in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, the story is more than fine I'd say, but the problem is the game mechanics, specially these three fking bars "Energy", "Satiety" and "Lust" you waste a lot of time trying to be in a good state and they deplete too fast, that's annoying, and on top of that when you battle mobs there is another bar called "TP" and also some good skills require Energy points as well, WTF!? This means after 2 freaking battles I have to go to sleep again, that was just ridiculous.
Visuals are clearly outdated, music is fine, characters were interesting, quest menu and UI in general are a bit of a mess.
So, I'm quitting the game coz I highly doubt that putting all that effort, all that time is actually going to paid off.

Is definitely one of the best RPGs available. A lot of choices, a lot of consequences. This game is truly massive! I'm not super into the fetishes supported, but the content is interesting and fun enough to engage with it.

This game is a rare find in today's gaming landscape, offering something truly special. While not flawless, its unique charm, engaging gameplay, and memorable moments make it stand out from the crowd.

One of the best NSFW games out there. Great depth in the story line... Lotsa sex, but still challenging... Graphics seem a little dated though. Also, I wish the updates would have more content and come out more frequently, but I'm guessing the developers are doing the best they can!

It's tied with one other game as my favorite adult title (s). As far as open world harem based games it is second to none.

Choices have consequences but you are never tricked into an outcome you didn't want. To me a lot of adult titles set up booby traps for the player, I really appreciate that this game never does that.

THIS IS THE BEST RPG I'VE EVER PLAYED! A Struggle with Sin is the most fun I've had playing an RPG game. There are so many animations for each characters in different scenarios. This game made me feel like every choice or action I took would change a certain outcome of something, I love it!
Note: I would like it if each female character had aa scene with an orc. Maybe an invasion early on or maybe a way the protagonist can take them to the woods and lose a fight to trigger an event.

This might simply be the best RPGM game I've ever played.

Amazing characters, engaging story, different routes, custom assets, bunch of fetishes, monsters, sandbox with a lot of things to do, what more can one need

The only possible downside for some might be it's grindiness at some moments, like gathering resources, but it's not really that bad (except for clay, gathering clay for building the house is the absolute fucking worst)

Love this game. So many choices, NTR is well done. You even can have kids. Combat is little dull, but still fun. Graphics are little outdated at least in the ones from begging of game, but dev is working on that. Story and map are also good. Dev is pushing updates regularly and fixing bugs as fast as he can. Love the unique and different design of characters. Hope that Rick gets his own love aside from Kate and plays more important role in MC story.

I would strongly recommend the game to anyone who likes sandbox games and prefers their games to have more gameplay. But if you are here for the NTR tag, it's probably better to skip this one.

Gameplay: It is DnD inspired with rolls which make actions easier, so raising most stats is important, The combat, despite being turn based, is actually pretty good, enemies have abilities, you can break their guard for a stun, you can do some small combos with abilities, like with the bow, Mark Target to add bow vulnerability, Quick Shot for a bonus attack, then just a normal attack. My main problem is that I personally could not equip different weapons despite playing for about 20 hours, but I might have missed something or done the wrong quests. There is some tediousness to it with scenes often being very far between gameplay segments tho.

Story: Pretty good, the world is somewhat fleshed out, there are a lot of characters and you can fuck most of them, some characters have quite intricate stories, others feel more like they exist for some extra scenes, but overall it should keep most people entertained. My main complaint with this is that some stories are just too convoluted without hints that you might be going the wrong path, or you are skipping story bits by going trough the characters story too quickly

CG: This game follows the motto quantity is a quality of it's own a bit too strictly. Most CG, especially older ones look pretty bad, a lot of it is probably due to the rendering engine. But Most scenes are Animated, and if a girl exists in the game, you can Fuck her. Sadly, it can be quite confusing to get certain scenes, you might even miss some because of some hidden requirement, or because you had to trigger a characters scene 3 times in a row, despite it being the exactly same scene for the 4th time to be different, so you instead tought you were done with the story segment and proceeded to the next missing a scene.

NTR: For those afraid of NTR, you can disable it, or if enabled it is quite easy to avoid most of the time, sometimes tho you might accidentally go the NTR route with some character with which it is somewhat more confusing. If you are here for the NTR tag, not all characters have proper NTR routes, most have like a scene or two where they ger raped by an orc or gobling, there is some sharing but only a bit, and some NTR routes are extremely tedious and require days of doing nothing for the quest to fail and the NTR route to be triggered.

Overall, one of the better games on this site which you can play fore a long time due to the increddible amount of content this game has.

This is one of my favorite games on this site. Feels like a real RPG game. Even when i don't feel like playing game with sexual content, this game is still in my head. It has that old school RPG feel to it and i love it.

It has very good music and sounds.

Great RPG, and great sex scenes. The developer has clearly put a lot of work into this game, and it's really paid off. You'll probably want to use the walk-through though, since there can be specific triggers to continue the story lines that aren't readily apparent.

One of my all time favorites. Been playing this since release 0.4.?. Don't know the exact number anymore but it has been years since now.
The game is fun and rather addictive. New features came over time and it is great so see how the overall world and gameplay improve more and more. You can see that the developer put some real thoughts into this and fleshes out already implemented concepts.
The characters are all realy likable. The MC goes from a total jerk to a responsible, capable and maybe manipulating young male - depends on how you play it.
This is another plus for me: The game is not linear at all, you can make your choices, corrupt the girls around you or do the love route with them - or both if you wish. NTR is relativley easy to avoid or (if you are into it) everywhere to find.

Love this game and i am exited how it goes on!

Walkthrough Boogaloo

It's an RPGM, sandbox type game with alot of content.

I recommend if you like Stardew valley and want a lewd game with alot of minigames, a time cycle, and running around that you do in a sandbox. I recommend avoiding if you hate sandboxes.

The structure essentially has storylines and quests, with the quests mainly mapped to certain characters and progressing their route and unlocking sex scenes with them.

There's a battle system, minigames involving farming, forging armor later on, etc. A quintessential sandbox.

PRO: The game allows players to make meaningful and impactful story decisions and the outcomes range from pregnancies, to getting NTR'd or not, quests failing or succeeding, etc.

PRO: There are also multiple questlines and side stories and alot of these are character based and also interlink with each other and can impact each other.

CON: However, there are some problems. The way to progress the quest and knowing which ones impact another can be quite difficult. There's almost way too many female characters and quests, with alot of storylines not yet fully complete. The game could take another 3 years of development and it's a big risk because each update could break the game saves you have.

CON: In fact, the only way to play this game and not get frustrated and get what you want as the outcome is using the walkthrough from the developer. Otherwise, you could get stuck, lose progress or worse, accidentally fail or get the ending you didn't want for each of these quests.

PRO/CON: Lots of sex scene content. There are alot of female characters, and they have mothers. So if you make the right choices, you're likely able to fuck the whole family basically. However, the renders are really rough looking and look dated and so are the sex scene animations.

CON: Renders are real bad

fayummmmmmmmmmmmm this game is yummy af, i fap it 400 times daily and come back and fap 700 more times, well to be exact the game is very grindy and rewarding, more like roundscape androvida but with realistic graphics. strategic.

It's the best game on the site, in my opinion. Why? There is so much content, and the sandbox mode really gives the feeling of freedom, like being in another world where you can choose what to do and which girl to go after.
