A way into her heart quest is fully bugged you can't continue it all it says is talk to Mira in the evening but mc says to give her time to think I've slept for so many days still says it and I got the book and it also says to put it on her desk when she isn't there but when I click the desk nothing happens

By Evening Chyos meant after she Emily goes to bed if I remember correctly and which desk are you talking about?
Cause there are several options for that ingame
you need to put the book on her desk in the church. the quest isnt bugged.
edit: she copies books as a task for the church. it doenst make sense to put it in her bedroom. it´s work for her.

talk to her at bedtime (past 10). you know its the right time when emily goes to bed and the girls stand next to their beds. you can spy on mira undressing, then go in. (or just barge in)

I can't find Tia's house I checked the questlog it says the quest isn't in the game yet but checked the walkthrough and her story keeps continuing

and how do you distract Gwen I have the potion in my inventory and click about my situation but nothing happens

Tia is the wood cutter her house is outside the village... to get there leave through the North Western Exit from town or South from the Hunting ground.
Do you have the Quest from Lucious?
Once you ask "Gwen" for a cure a short cutscene should trigger but you need an anesthetic in your inventory
I can't pick up the second sack of potatoes in the tavern basement I can see where it is on the guide but it's not activating or something.

You need to talk to him about your condition there are 2 possible replies... you'll have to use both
Also it does
Quests you should do first to enable all options:
Lucius “control your lust” (requires *reading*)
Mira:
3. Go to the shop and talk to Lucius. Talk about „I was wondering“ - „Say
nothing“ to add Anesthetic to his shop list. Pick „I was wondering“ again,
„tell him“ - „What if...“ which will Add the quest Control your Lust
