A thread for Linux gamers

I'd like to start a thread for Linux gamers, mainly to share methods to run games on Linux. I've seen many requests both here and in the games' topics, so it'll probably interest many people.

Problem is, I'm not sure where to start that thread. I see many possibilities, but any one of them has some drawbacks:

• Games: While the thread is about games, it's not about a specific game.
• Mods: In some cases games have to be ported, in the same way Android games are, but not in every case and it's not really a mod, the game remains the same.
• General discussion: Generic enough to contain the topic, but for the same reason it's probably not the best place, it's far from the games.
  
• Somewhere in Development: I don't know really where here, though it may be adequate in some cases, but as before it may be hard to find for gamers.

My guess would be in Mods, where there are already Android port requests (although this would be more like a list of suggestions and recipes and a place to exchange informations than a port request topic), but I prefer to be sure.
