put porn games on an external HDD that requires admin password to access, that said i woudnt risk downloading porn games on a publicly used pc, so your better bet would be on mobile phone

I just talk to my bf about porn games and stuff, and keep them in a big folder somewhere on my system to be honest, so I don't really need to be discreet in the way that you're thinking. My computer isn't something I share with anyone but him anyway Ofc, if it's more about hiding it from family on a shared PC, some people here have already suggested the usual good ones. Along with shutting down any form of quick access on your system that tracks which folders you commonly visit, which is a good idea anyway.
