Seeking A tower Game where you fight character from various animes

First time posting and its a request
i'm seeking for a game made with Unity or Unreal Engine as far as i remember

where you spawn near a tower you must climb and each floor is from a different anime
where you have to fight this character and after you defeated it you can have sex with them

any ideas of this game ?

- Is the game 3D, pixelated, or drawn
- what are the fighting mechanics
- was it in an anime or western style
- did it feature monster girls
- was the game fantasy or modern setting
- is your character male or female?

As far as i remember
you fight against FATE , Naruto female characters and build an harem
Each floor are from an anime

game a some RPG element cause you can lvl up and rise stat
