I know there is some sort of Steam emulator thingy that some of the other posts use. Unfortunately, I don't really know how to apply it...

After a bit of searching, I've found that this person likely uploaded directly from their steam directory, and you need to either crack the game, or find a steam emulator. (or buy the game yourself...)

Haven't found if there's an emulator on this forum somewhere yet, still going through search results.

Edit: This post has a link to one apparently, but my browser said the download is unsafe, so it's up to you if you want to take the risk.

Forgot to leave the link in my post above, and it won't let me edit it again. The post I'm referring to is https://f95zone.to/threads/seek-girl-iv-final-dsgame.43712/post-2886564

If you decide to download it, copy the file in it called steam_api.dll, find the same thing in the game (should be something like gamefolder/photo album/photo album_data/plugins) and replace the one in there.

replacing steam_api.dll with one from Goldberg Steam Emulator was enough to get it running

and a 100% unlocked save, extract in "C:\Users\(username)\AppData\LocalLow\"

MUCH better, was trying to figure out how to fix that, even when I closed Steam, it just reopened the program, was like WTF. Little did I know, the solution was just there awaiting me. Thank you so much.

Forget it the game is bugged.. You can't place the coral on the wall it won't stay there.

Nice game, some bugs in window mode especially with box keys.
It wouldn't hurt to change music in the rooms, something themed with.
It wouldn't be bad if the stories could flow before the animation
