RPGM - A Vixen's Curse [v1.5.5] [Reach06]

RPGMaker game, yes, but interestingly it uses 3D models instead of sprites for anything that would use it - talking, sex scenes, combat, and it looks good while doing it, which is pretty impressive. the overworld still uses sprites, probably due to engine limitations

Current builds take place in the middle of the story. the plot as i understand it can be boiled down to "star fox wants to steal krystal from fox, hijinks ensue". krystal herself also seems to be cursed in some way, which manifests as mal0 in one specific scene, according to the dev.

Does contain NTR, although at present it's entirely player-driven and avoidable by Not Interacting with pigma in the club. denying the drink he offers you is NYI, so there's no reason to talk to him.

Combat is a little awkward-looking due to the 3d models, and krystal's voice does seem a *little* overboard on moans during sex, but otherwise its rather enjoyable. worth the time, i'm interested in what comes next honestly

This so far, has been top notch. From the get go there was a decent amount of content in terms of H scenes and I find concentrating on getting that balance right early on is instrumental to the game going forward.

Ultimately the plan itself is great due to it following similarities to a few previous games, but the animations and protagonist herself are made with great detail and quality. I'm interested to see the direction this game takes, I would enjoy seeing some more jobs available or side quests which will engage Vixen into more perilous situations where we are chosen to dictate her outcomes. I would also like to see the options of outfit changing etc reflecting her current standing of corruption, her current outfit suits her demeanour brilliantly though.

Great work, looking forward to seeing where this goes in the future.

I'm not good at writing reviews but it's required to leave one so here is this.
Game good. Idk its one of the games were the scenes are just fun to find and there is a lot of different scenarios. I like furries and that's probably also helping as finding good furry games that aren't gay (not that that's a problem) can be hard.

Very good game with good and beautiful scenes but the game is still quite raw. I played two versions of this game now 1.5.0 and the old one which I really don't remember and during this time a lot of things have appeared and prepared for future updates. In short, there is still a lot of work and I will wait, but the game is very good and I hope the author will not forget, but will make a candy out of this

RPGM games where you play as thick monster girls, or in this case a thick fox girl, have become a niche favorite of mine because they always seem to hit a sweet spot of content and quality that just delivers a good, fun, and lewd experience for me. This is no exception.

Where a lot of female protagonist games follow a sort of growing corruption theme where the girl does progressively lewder acts as stats build up, this kind of throws it out the window. There are those corruption stats, but very early into the game you can run into a scene where you're kidnapped by hobos, gangbanged over and over, and then you have to escape the camp. Honestly I was very surprised it wasn't like a dead end game over. While I think good buildup can be nice, I appreciate that the game doesn't drag on before finally showing you a penetrative sex scene.

It's crude in tone for sure, evidenced by that group of scenes I mentioned above. Lot's of the dialogue and sex talk is more on the degrading side. The story isn't necessarily the strong point either, but more to just keep you moving through the game and encountering lewd stuff, which is what I really like about it. Just being given that freedom to explore and run into lewd stuff is fun and engaging.

The game uses two frame animations, which as it sounds is just two images swapping back and forth quickly to give that animated effects. Scenes aren't the longest or most complex but I think they do the job, especially given all the more unique models used. I like how the game handles combat with incorporating lewd attacks, and though you have to lose to see some scenes, it's not just game over reload your save. Fights are pretty easy too when you do actually try, and that's a good thing.

It's a less serious smutty RPGM game, and one I find enjoyable. If you're into that type of game, I'd recommend this.

Absolutely wonderful renders. Huge variety in scenes. I can't express enough how much I love this and hope this continues to get updated. The voice they gave her is extremely hot, It having Krystal is just the icing on the cake.

It's looking really promesing. Cood corruption feeling in this one.
Thre's been a while since a good crystal game came out.

Its of course a WIP but still, this game has make me go back to it every time a new update is on.
It pretty much does what everyone with Dogzilla models would do, s e x, with the + that is not awful to move + the menus are simple + has huuuge potential in the direction is going for + is not grindy as shit. I can say for sure, is not the best thing in the world in terms of hud or tittle (no joking, i would do it for free, because is really damn good), and has some bugs; but again, is still a WIP, the actual fact is a wip and is this good is already really cool.
I will kill myself if Nintendo fucks this up TvT

Man, this game has so much potential.
So far, the game is limited in scope. A few renders, a few scenes, but nothing major. The story and writing is also small and not super engaging. Regardless, the dialogue present currently is pretty okay.
The main reason this deserves 5/5 stars is that the game has a decent battle system, good 3d renders that aren't uncanny valley or poorly lit, and plenty of custom models and renders. If there's anything that will turn me off a game, it is using only rpgmaker assets. This game does not, and is better for it.
Very good so far. My only gripe is that I want MORE!!

I'm very personally harsh on RPGM games. They're far too often unfun, unengaging, or try too hard to make the RPG combat work. This one is very interesting! The scenes are quite good, the dialogue is nice, and generally it works for what it is. It needs more time to cook, and I hope to see it not-abandoned, but at this point, keep going Dev! My only suggestion, don't remove the combat, but don't try to make it a super engaging system in my opinion. Remember you're making a porn game, not the next RPG.

great game. love the concept and art. the available gameplay i've had has been good too. would like to see more repeatable scenes in the future but i have high hopes for the dev making a game of one of my favorite characters.

A really promising game!
Even though it is in an Alpha state. This parody game has a good amount of content!
I personally have no complaints and no real issues besides some tiny bits of the protag clipping through one or two areas but I see it as part of the working process and will be patch most likely by the next update!
Either way, I have to give the game five starts, and bonus, I'm not much of a furry content kind of guy, so it is really a great start that I hope that will continued as long as the creator stays well in health wise!

This game is só good, Clearly the main character is based on the old game, Starfox aventure, Krystal, It adds an extra touch of beauty, it was perfect. I look forward to more updates! I hope it doesn't get abandoned like many games do.

Very good work for a demo, already in the technical section is superior to hundreds of other RPGM games, and has a lot of potential, I really hope to see more about this project!

I just really hope this game gets finished unlike all the other Krystal porn games that always seem to get abandoned for some reason or another.
Hope this has multiple sexual partners to choose one, that there aren't any forced sex scenes, and possibly a pure route because I'm starting to notice most good NTR games have pure route. I don't know the reason why, but it seems to be the case most of the time. ‍♂

There's already so much potential here, even in the few scenes present. The model for Krystal is genuinely really good, and I'm an absolute sucker for corruption stuff. My furry bias aside, I'm really hoping this gets some time to gestate and become something great. Wishing you luck!
