I see, man, I'm not sure if adding this option is beneficial or not, but you can do whatever you want.
I recommend that you at least warn about the patch (and that it is your modification, not canon for the game) directly in the descriptions and not in a Readme file inside the game download, since several people people who don't like the "step" (I guarantee it's not just me, I've seen countless people saying they're also tired of it) don't even download the game if they think it's not blood related.
If you'd actually check out my patch, it's separated by incest and non-incest; you'd need to make a decision on which to choose. If you have a problem (and according to you, there's apparently lots of folks not happy with that), then take it up with the OP, who 1.) chose which patch to apply to the game, and 2.) chose NOT to include my Readme. You're basically telling me to do something (e.g. warn others in the descriptions) that I literally don't have control over, as I'm not the OP.
I'm also of the strong opinion that people should READ the ReadMe's, since my patches usually contain more than just the translation itself. I've been doing adding bugfixes and new features to games for nearly a decade now, and I'm not apologetic at all for that, especially because I've fairly explicit on what I change in the ReadMes (and since most features are entirely optional ... and I'd be perplexed if anyone wants me to keep bugs in a game). Again, I do NOT upload any games, only my translations, so if you want to complain about HOW the translation is being applied, take it up with the OP.
Lastly, I've also heard the opposite - some folks don't like incest, but do like the titillation of being non-related yet close, either due to preference or because the incest fetish isn't legal in their country. It's why I gave the option to choose either/or, because it seems I can't make everyone happy either way if folks complain about having incest in the game or NOT having incest in the game. And if you have an issue with me giving players the ability to choose which one they want, well ... that's just too bad (and again, proof that I can't make everyone happy).
In any case, just download my patch, choose which version you want (incest/non-incest - I'm assuming you want incest, which is canon), read the ReadMe on how to install (basically just change the folder name to 'data' and replace the game's data folder with that folder), and play the damn game.
