I have a full save game where I managed to gather all points with both Sam & Dylan and mostly other all lesbian points. I went full filthy except letting the neighbour touch her, break into the restroom and I also had a shower sex with husband so he wouldn't lose the all money.

To have sex with your husband, no club scene for Sophia where you can farm more filthy & lesbian points. Just posted this for ones who seeked save game.
