I know of the reactions and I did not forget about them. But think about it, it's quite different between two women touching each other than between a man & woman, of course, Sophia would react differently with Ellie she is a girl than with Dylan that is her son that part is considerably obvious that even Liam said "I guess it's different between gals" or something like that (I don't have that scene just saw an image in the thread but I don't remember the exact words) because it's partly expected of a behavior between two women, that's also one way of seeing why "Sophia didn't think much about it and just let her do it". It was just something almost normal between women. However, the point is that aside from her reactions, Dylan, as the story may go, has been able to do it twice and before than Ellie (depending on player's choice or paths of course), and it's also part of the filthy path between Mother & Son and the build-up in their relationship.
Also, the way Sophia reacted about Dylan grabbing her ass it can be because she was talking to Liam, Dylan was masturbating, Sophia had to keep it a secret and as if nothing was happening and then Dylan goes and grabs her ass...she was under some pressure and when Dylan grabbed her it was more of a "you're not helping with the situation" than the actual butt grabbing because afterward, they continue and Sophia even pulled down her bikini bottom and showed her pubes to her son in order to help him finish, I know that's by player's choice but the option is there as well as her understanding and allowing more like being "wanking source" for her son.
The first time on day 3 Sophia didn't have that reaction, on the contrary, she tried to be (again) more understanding even when Dylan did grab her ass and squeeze it, later on during her "bikini sunbathing deal", she was talking with him about it and Dylan admitted that it was on purpose because he liked her ass and was difficult to resist and still she was understanding. My point being is, that the "beach changing booth ass grabbing" reaction was more because of the situation they were in than for grabbing it, it was the poor timing, not the act because it has happened before and she was understanding during day 3 as she must have been with Ellie in the shower until much later on day 17. Sorry for saying "understanding" so many times haha.
I agree with you that only L&P will know what will happen in the future particularly with what will happen during the breakfast scene that I can't even imagine what will it be and which I'm looking forward to that the most besides the self-defense lessons.
Damn that we have to wait a lot!! (even when it's just a few months but it feels like a lot) for the updates. I'm liking this game a lot that the wait for the next updates becomes excruciating, haha, but there's patience and get busy with something else while waiting but still...excruciating.
At least while we wait we still have plenty of time to overthink and debate about the game and its paths so far.
