I'm not interested in any storyline other than that of the boy next door, a friend of Sofia's son.

Yeah, it's great that for the most part many of the regulars here can have a civilised discussion without getting insulting, even when we have opposing views.Thank you Killjoys and Alley_Cat for this perspective. It is valuable information.
I actually feel sorry for Liam.Liam has an inferiority complex about Carl. Carl's success drives him. He really wants to
catch up with him in terms of professional success.
Everything was subordinated to this goal. His marriage too. And actually this is completely
normal in a marriage that when one is working on his professional career, the other is behind
for a while.
We don't like Liam because we need a reason why Sophia will cheat on him at some point. He's not that bad guy.
Last update came out at the end of Dec last year, so that's only 4 months, not 6. How long it will still take depends entirely on how long L&P intends to make the remaining events. Considering this was meant to be shorter than the previous update, I don't imagine much longer.will the update ever come? i mean its taking more than 6 months now
Not even that. L&P said he was going to start on Jan 6 so that makes it 2 months and a half. If you take out his 3 week issues with the GPUs then he would be at 60% at 7 weeks of work.Last update came out at the end of Dec last year, so that's only 4 months, not 6. Do we have a render count for the events so far?
agree. works fine on simple GTX 1660 Ti buildOn your PC, 100% sure
What is your OS ?
What is the type of your exception ?

Not bad at all. He should aim for 10-15%/week + 1 teaser every week.
I replayed the full game from start to finish yesterday.
He could also hire some coder to code in collectibles and social media app. Collectibles + Social Media app are a must in these games. All he needs is a coder to get them in without breaking the game(and a coder can do it without messing up LP's work) and then LP spends a week doing collectible renders. Adds a lot of value and replayability.
Those perks + the existent render quality + story makes it a top 5 game easily. Right now is in the top 20.
I know and I might understand it more once that reason is revealed, but until then I am still slightly saddened that Sophia can't sleep with both Ellie and Alyssa. I know that v100 update scene with Alyssa did nt give any Lesbian points, But it SHOULD have done, given how subtly erotic it was .Ellie and Alyssa are on two separate routes that don't cross over and the reason for this will become clearer later on and also the reason why they are so different, besides the obvious.
That is the saving grace of Aiden's blackmail for me. Yes it is TOTALLY a bluff. Hence why Aiden can't overplay his hand. We know there are several options that Sophia can take to end it. But if, and it is admittedly a big if, Aiden is subtle about it, each task is only just one teensy bit further than the last one, and so there is no real harm for Sophia to be inclined to acquiesce to his requests...,That's why I find the statements about the "power" Aiden has over Sophia somewhat amusing. It's as false as Ellie's sexual experience. It's far too easy for Sophia to exert her contacts and influence, which through Carl is not insignificant and tell him to go to hell.
If you want to play Aiden's route, sure, but his blackmail is mainly a bluff.
I believe L&P's aim is an update every 8 - 10 weeks, which, barring problems like moving house, graphics card problems etc, I calculate at 10 - 12.5%/week. If you include a buffer for problems cropping up, 15% doesn't seem unreasonable. Not even that. L&P said he was going to start on Jan 6 so that makes it 2 months and a half.
