With Dylan, the only way for Ellie not to completely despise him is to play the bonus storyline, which will be mutually exclusive to the Sophia/Dylan route by the end of this PD. So nothing with Sophia/Dylan/Ellie.

Since a Sam branch of the Ellie route looks likely, an event with Sophia, Ellie and Sam might be possible.

But the branches of the Ellie route start on PD16. Whether we will see that at all, is questionable.

It sounds like you're talking about the Good Wife route. Which is entirely doable, and even has the sex scenes with Sophia up to this point, it just doesn't have much in the way of content planned for the foreseeable future (possibly the next 5 years)
