I think Neil's biggest regret is not installing a camera in Sam's room
Kind of funny that this entire conversation/arrangement seems to hinge on earlier conversation/interactions Dylan and Sophia had in the car... but that's pretty much optional event, so if you don't have his route enabled, does it mean none of this happens and Sophia just dresses casually, because she doesn't have any "little mission this evening"?
