If the scene is already done, the drawback of doing few additional renders (in 720p on a powerful rig) is probably marginal.

As far as I know he only changed the wording on his website to exclude any mention of incest so not to break patron rules.

uhm, but think about it, if he did plan on having some nice mom-son poo-poo wee-wee action, which is the only reason I've been looking at this stupid game so far, he would have done the traditional "fuck you patreon rules" trick by naming everyone landlady, etc. and then provide a patch.
